Kaylea Trowbridge

Kaylea Trowbridge is a mother of two daughters, Dylan and Rees.She has a degree in graphic design and has worked in the industry doing graphic and 3-D design over 13 years.Throughout her life she has taught and worked with children, helping them explore their creativity and different ways to see what is around them.In Southern Oregon, where she grew up, Kaylea taught classes through the Rogue Valley Art Gallery as well as private lessons.After she moved to Seattle she became a principal in a non-profit arts organization, Watershed Arts Project, teaching children art in an after school program on the Kitsap peninsula.At her daughters school, Sacajawea Elementary, she is involved in facilitating the Art Docent Program.She feels strongly that each child is creative in their own way and loves to help encourage them to blossom.Says Kaylea, "Art is a important piece to help us look, grow, explore and interpret ourselves in this world."
