Jane has undergone extensive training with the Hypnotherapy Control Board, the largest hypnotherapy training school in Europe, and she holds the Diploma of Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis.Specialising in the use of hypnoanalysis to resolve emotional or anxiety related problems Jane is one of very few therapists in the Lancashire area specially trained in the use of this particular type of therapy.

More recently Jane trained as a HypnoBirthing® Practitioner and HypnoBirthing® Fertility Therapist.

Other qualifications Jane is a certified counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.Her studies in counselling are continuing at The University of Salford where she is in her final year of study for the Diploma in Counselling.

Jane has worked with children and adolescents for many years, and has a particular interest in the use of hypnosis to bring about positive change in young people.Being committed to her own continuing professional development Jane attends regular advanced workshops and seminars to keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of hypnotherapy and counselling.

International Association of Hypnoanalysts Jane is a full practicing member of The International Association of Hypnoanalysts.The IAH was established in 1981 and is dedicated to the professional and ethical use of hypnosis for the treatment of nervous disorders and emotional problems.

Members of the Association are bound by a code of practice and ethics of the highest order; they have satisfied an Examination Board of their knowledge and level of competence and have undertaken to abide by the Rules of the Association which among other things requires that they be covered by a Professional Indemnity Insurance.Jane is fully insured and displays the Certificate of Insurance at her practice.
