    Craig Trottier, vice president and director of development for Lauth, said growth in Meridian and west Boise was a deciding factor to locate the theater and the development there.

    "It's a very attractive area to retailers," said Trotter, who before joining Lauth helped develop the Meridian Crossroads shopping center at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and Eagle Road.

    In addition to the theater, Trottier said the company has agreements with a "few other" restaurants and retailers to locate in Eagle Terrace which he describes as a "lifestyle and entertainment center."

    Trottier said the announcements of who those tenants are will probably be made in 30 to 60 days.

    "Some will be new and some will be the second or third store for Boise," Trottier said.
