Susan Trinkle, Vice President of Production, leads the company's operations in Salt Lake City and Canada.She oversees manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain systems, where she is accountable for corporate purchasing, planning, ERP/MRP systems management, warehousing, and shipping.Together with her management team, she works closely with USANA's international divisions on forecasting, compliance, and inventory control.Susan joined USANA in 1996 as Director of Production.She also held the position of Executive Director of Materials and Production.
Susan's background is diverse, both in applications and industries.She has over 20 years experience in FDA-regulated environments.Before joining USANA, she held numerous responsibilities in quality control, research and development, materials management, and production.She worked in food, medical devices and pharmaceutical companies.Just prior to joining USANA, she served as Plant Manager for Kendal Med-West, a Class II medical device manufacturing division of Kendall Healthcare Corporation.
Susan holds a master's degree in Business from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and a bachelor's degree in Biology from California State University.In addition, she holds certification in Production and Inventory Management.Currently, she teaches in the Bachelor of Arts degree program at the University of Phoenix.
