Lee Trinkle was the Pastor of West End Presbyterian Church for almost three years. After doing things the same way for so many years, he thought some changes would help to spark attendance and interest. Lee asked the Session to change the time of the Morning Worship Service and the Sunday School. The Session concurred. Sunday School began at 9:45 AM and Morning Worship began at 11:00 AM.

Lee and his wife, Catherine, had been missionaries overseas, so he really knew missions first hand. He helped guide the Church into a very successful Missions program.

After Lee resigned he wrote to the members of West End Presbyterian Church. He said in part ... "I have seen many exciting things happen and have praised God continually for the great and wonderful things He has done.
