December 21, 2005 . . . Julie Trinkle and the Burlington Youthful Offender Accountability Board are named the recipients of the 2005 Restorative Justice Awards for the Eighth Judicial District.Trinkle, the treatment coordinator for the Batterers' Education Program, was acknowledged for her continued efforts in working with crime victims and offenders while employing restorative justice values and best practices.
