Kathy Treat - Vice President As a child growing up in Schenectady, New York, Kathy always dreamed of moving to the west.Little did she know she would end up living in one of the most beautiful locales in the country, sharing ownership of one of the Vail Valley's most prestigious construction corporations.After attending Siena College in Loudenville, NY, Kathy moved to Colorado where she received her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver.She worked as a Portfolio Manager for the United Bank of Denver and as a Securities Analyst for Asset Management Group.After Sandy and Kathy married in 1986, they joined forces to achieve their vision of a successful construction and development business.
