Barry Towell has been appointed Human Resources Manager for the Meningitis Trust - the UK's leading meningitis charity - effective as of 7 February 2005.

Barry joins from Stroud District Council where he worked for 22 years as a Personnel and Training Manager.Barry is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and he has an MSc in Human Resource Management.
