Joseph Tortorici is Managing Partner for Central and Eastern Europe.He recently relocated from Prague to Frankfurt, to assist with the development of the firm's German office.

He has extensive experience in acquisitions, telecoms, privatisations, capital markets transactions, joint ventures and financings.

Joe practised law for more than seven years in New York before moving to Central Europe - first in the firm's Budapest Office and then as a legal advisor to the Czech Ministry of Privatisation in Prague prior to establishing our Prague office.

A cum laude graduate of Columbia College, he is also a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law.

Joe Tortorici, a Weil Gotshal partner from its New York office, will be relocating to Paris in a new position responsible for coordinating Weil Gotshal's European practice and will be joined by partner Eric Ordway, already based in Paris.
