    W. Randolph Torres Executive Director (randy@thefutbolfactory.com) Randy Torres established InterAthletics, a New York City sports management firm, in 1996 and has represented soccer players and clubs in Latin America and Eastern Europe. Randy was a marketing pioneer in the former Soviet Union and established very successful marketing programs for clubs in the smaller former Soviet republics. Randy has also served as an international match agent and promoter and arranged friendly matches for several European and Latin American teams. In 2004, Randy organized the New York City Fiesta Cup, the official international soccer game of the Mayor of New York City. The Fiesta Cup featured the national teams of Argentina and Peru and drew more than 41,000 fans to Giants Stadium-one of the largest crowds to see an international friendly game in the US.

    Randy has also worked with the Royal Yacht Club Cannotieri Savoia of Naples, Italy promoting their America's Cup Mascalzone Latino yacht racing syndicate in the 2003 America's Cup in New Zealand. He also promoted the Domina Vacanze Cycling Team of Italy, featuring the 2002-03 world cycling champion Mario Cipollini.

    Randy has more than 20 years of legal and investment banking experience on Wall Street. As an investment banker with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's (now Credit Suisse First Boston), he was lead banker in financings exceeding $14 billion. As a senior attorney with Brown & Wood (now Sidley, Austin, Brown & Wood), the preeminent Wall Street law firm, he was bond counsel to some of the largest issuers in the United States.

    Randy is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where he obtained a Master of Laws degree in Securities Regulation. He holds a J. D. degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and a B.A. from George Washington University. He is a recipient of the 1978 Solomon Scholarship for International Law Studies at the University of Bologna, Italy.
