Wilkins, 55, of 3776 Rem-sen Road, is a native of New York City and has lived in Medina County for 20 years.He has a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan Univer-sity, a master's in social work from Case Western Reserve University, and a master's in business administration from Baldwin-Wallace Col-lege.He is a member of the township's board of zoning appeals.

Todd, 31, of 4020 Cook Road, is a native of Alex-andria, Va., and a resident of the county for one year.He had two stints with the U.S. Army from 1993-95 and 1999-2001.He received his juris doctor from Case Western Reserve this year.
If elected, Todd said in a statement he would "reacquaint the citizens of Medina Township with the local government through active community outreach, including door-to-door discussion."
He noted he will seek to further develop agreements with neighboring communities.
"I believe a fresh perspective is needed in many communities, including Medina Township," he said.
He said he wants to maintain a conservative budget philosophy as the township continues to develop, which he called "budget efficiency."
"My highest priority will be to address the needs and desires of the community, from potholes to community development," he said.
