Michael J. Todd Michael Todd is currently the Vice President and Legal Counsel for InterPro. Mr. Todd previously served as senior vice president and general counsel for a professional employer organization with more than 5,000 worksite employees. He has served as secretary of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of NAPEO (National Association of Professional Employer Organizations) and has authored articles for PEO and employee benefit magazines. Mr. Todd graduated with honors in 1995 from Florida State University College of Law with a J.D. degree.
