Rachel is survived by her husband, James Patrick Evans; two beloved sons, Hunner Zane Evans and Tanner Cole Evans both at home; her mother-in-law and her husband, Tammy & Mike Wilson of Kenova; her father-in-law and his wife, James Michael & Theresa Evans of Kenova; one brother, William Adkins, Jr. of Prichard; her maternal grandparents, Curtis & Betty Blankenship of Prichard; one brother-in-law and his wife, Michael Todd & Jennifer Evans currently of Japan where Michael is serving in the U.S. Navy; two sisters-in-law Amanda Evans of Kenova and Becky Amend of Kenova; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and many friends.

Michael Allen Todd, of Montrose died unexpectedly on December 16, 2006, at the Montrose Memorial Hospital.He was 38.

Michael was born February 2, 1968 in Montrose to Richard Todd and Peggy West and then moved with his family to Reno, NV where he spent his childhood.He attended Hug High and graduated with the class of 1986.Shortly after graduation, Michael enlisted in the U.S. Navy.Upon completion of his duties in 1991, he returned to his roots in Montrose.

Michael married his soul mate, Tammy Plumb, on July 18, 1991 and together they were raising their two daughters; Miranda and Jasmine.

Michael had many interests, which included martial arts, camping, hunting, drawing, fishing, boxing and UFC fighting.He had recently become a born-again Christian, which was something he was very proud of.

Michael held several different job titles throughout the years spending many long hours and days in Telluride.He was currently working for Controlled Hydronics as a master concrete cutter and plumber.He worked with Kleen-Kut for many years after his move to Montrose.Michael's work ethic may never be matched and anyone who knew him knew that he was a man of his word.If he said he was going to be somewhere at a certain time he would be there.

Other surviving family members that were blessed to be around Michael was his father-in-law Gary Plumb and wife Rhonda of Montrose, brother-in-laws Scott Plumb of Montrose and Brandon Plumb of Grand Junction.
