  Aetna's regional medical director, Marla Tobin, MD, has offered to meet with any physician/physician group that would like to meet with her. She will be glad to discuss Aetna's approach to utilization and care management. I have found her to be patient centric and very interested in a good working relationship with providers. Aetna has committed to being a part of our community and working closely with Heartland Health to promote health improvement and quality service.
