Tim's awards include "Rookie of the Year" in 1984 for sales and service with The Southwest Division of a Fortune 500 company; President of the General Agents and Managers Association of West Texas, and a member of the Top Performing Sales and Service Group for 2 large financial services organizations for 1999-2001, 2003 and 2005.

Tim is the author of 2 books "Keep Your Eye on the Ball, Building Successful Business Relationships" and "The Extraordinary Team Dynamic." Tim has worked successfully with numerous industries across the country. These include banks, bank associations, financial services representatives, property management companies, realtors, mortgage companies, fitness centers and school districts.

Tim graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA degree in Finance and a BBA in Marketing (1984).
