Richard has been involved in Public Service for over 30 years, retiring from Ohio Police and Fire in 1997, he has been involved in Flight Paramedicine and Critical Care Transport in Arizona for the past 10 years. He is a certified Police Officer, Fire Fighter, and Paramedic. In the Emergency Medical Service arena he has served as Chief of Emergency Medical Services for the Jefferson Rescue District and an instructor for the State of Ohio. He holds an AAS degree in Paramedics and a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences as well as being a graduate of the National Fire Academy's Management of Emergency Medical Services Program of Study.
