Adam Tischler will begin his fifth season as a strength and conditioning coach in the White Sox organization and second in Winston-Salem. He spent the 2007 season in the same capacity for Double-A Birmingham and 2006 with Class-A Kannapolis. The Ithaca College grad began his White Sox career with Advanced Rookie Great Falls in 2005.
