Building new structures and adding to or taking down existing buildings are among the options, Tim Timberlake, the county's portfolio manager said.

A plethora of reasons are behind the upcoming planning process, including the need for more and better use of space, Timberlake explained, and state efforts to negotiate ownership of county court buildings.
