   Sharon has been with Encompass since 1995, first acting in the capacities of Assistant Director and Director at the Arlene B. Walter Center. Since 2003, Sharon has been the Center Director at The Cornerstone Center. She has been involved in the early childhood field since completing her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development with a minor in Early Childhood Education at UW-Green Bay. Sharon has also been actively involved in many early childhood professional organizations both locally and nationally. She values working with young children, mentoring staff and advocating for families in our community.
