BANGOR - A. Regina Tilley, 88, wife of the late Alfred W. Tilley, died May 13, 2003, at a local nursing home.She was born Dec. 23, 1914, in Bangor, the daughter of Thomas F. and Alice (Pelkey) Wakely.Regina graduated from John Bapst High School.She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church.
