Mr. Gregory Till

Gregory Till is a Program Manager with the U.S. Treasury's Financial Management Service (FMS).He is the project lead for the Pay.gov project, which seeks to provide collections, forms processing and bill presentment, authentication, and reporting services to Federal agencies that want to conduct transactions over the Internet.Prior to joining the FMS, Mr. Till spent three years as an Attorney-Adviser with the U.S. Treasury's Bureau of the Public Debt, where he helped to bring up Web sites that have been used for the sales of hundreds of millions of dollars in Treasury securities.Before joining Treasury, he served as a prosecutor.In addition to a law degree from the University of Iowa, Mr. Till has an undergradute degree in Philosophy from the University of Northern Iowa.
