   Joie is President of Rose Communications Management, which uses accelerated-learning techniques to improve company communication skills at all levels of the organization. Her programs focus on Personal Mastery, Team Communications, Customer Service, Technical Support, Telephone Sales and Communicating with E-mail. She also delivers the Process Communication Management program used by NASA for selecting and training astronaut teams for space. Joie was a knowledge management consultant for KPMG Europe where she assisted international companies in initiating virtual business communities. Joie was President of Presentations Plus; a Netherlands-based company that developed presentation skills, proposal development and team-building programs for multi-cultural teams. She founded the marketing firm Visual Impact Corporation. She graduated in Communications from the University of Tennessee.
