Partick Demarchelier began his photographic career in Paris.In 1975 he moved to New York City, where he worked for many magazines, including Glamour, Mademoiselle, Vogue, GQ, and Rolling Stone.In 1992 Demarchelier began his collaboration with Harper's Bazaar, becoming the magazine's premier photographer.
