In addition to being a graduate of Louisiana State University/SMS Professional Masters in Banking, Mr. Tierney brings to Saugusbank his prior experience as Chief Operating Officer for two local area financial institutions, expertise in strategic planning, innovative technology deployment and electronic banking.Mr. Tierney is as a Member and Commissioner of the Essex National Heritage Commission.He is also a member in the Saugus Rotary Club, and a participant on a local waterfront resource management committee.
