Tuesday's ceremony, said Nathan Thompson, executive director of CASA of Clark & Madison Counties Inc., was a "milestone" event.CASA volunteers have been in place in Madison County for several years, he said, and have done a great job.He lauded Clark District Judge Jeff Walson who was instrumental in founding the local chapter, as the "father" of CASA in Clark County.
