Kasey Thompson is a Process Improvement Consultant and an Instructor for the Air Force and the Software Technology Support Center at Hill AFB, UT.He is currently instructing a process improvement series of nine workshops for the Air Force Leadership Development Training program and has over 1,500 hours of lecture time.He has instructed professional adults in over 150 workshops on topics such as Leadership, Business Coaching, Project Management, Change Management, and Presentation Skills.Mr. Thompson also supplies business structure, process improvement, and cultural transformation consultation to private industry and the Department of Defense (DoD) organizations alike.He's the author and creator of the Compatibility Identification Set (CIS), a tool to build better, smarter, and more cohesive project teams.

Mr. Thompson received a BS in Management from Utah State University/Weber State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
