Lisa Tenn joined the firm in April 2004 as a Commercial Associate in Tenant representation in the leasing division of the firm.She comes to the firm with sixteen years of experience in the field of real estate.

Ms Tenn had formerly been a Sales Associate with Capital Realty Services where she represented the Landlord in leasing approximately 388,000 square feet of office space in the areas of Kendall, West Miami-Dade, Coral Gables, South Beach and Hollywood submarkets.Additionally, she represented tenants in over 37,000 square feet of office space lease transactions, and nearly one million dollars in Real Estate sales.Prior to becoming a sales associate, Ms. Tenn worked with CRESA Partners in real estate marketing and research.

Ms. Tenn holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Florida International University in Miami Florida.She is currently an active member of CREW - Miami (Commercial Real Estate Women.)

Ms. Lisa Tenn is a Jamaican native and has lived in Miami Florida since 1977.
