    Today in E-Health Business has been informed by Kevin Tenkku, president of Med-XS, that the company countersued Neoforma Feb. 19 for fraud, breach of contract and breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.The suit came after five months of failed requests by Med-XS for Neoforma to transfer all the assts purchased by Med-XS Asset Services, says Tenkku.
