From 1989-1990 he worked as legal advisor, and from 1990-1992 he supervised the Berlin office of Deutsche Immobilien Leasing GmbH. From 1992-1997 Joachim Tenkhoff worked as developer and head of the Berlin development department of ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H.. He has taken part in the following projects during this time:
