   Ms Inese Tenisons joined Griffith University's External Relations in January 1996. She worked in the Marketing and Media sections before being appointed to the role of Acting Alumni Officer in May 1996. Inese was officially appointed to the role of Manager, Alumni Relations in February 1997. In this role Inese has been very supportive of Golden Key at Griffith and played an active role in forming strong links between our two organisations. In 1997 Inese was instrumental in organising a highly successful joint Alumni Golden Key Cultural evening and incorporating Golden Key members into the Griffith University Mentoring program.
   
   Inese has more than 12 years experience in marketing and public relations. Prior to joining the University, she worked in the marketing departments of the Queensland Performing Arts Trust and the Queensland Tourist and Travel Corporation. Inese has a Bachelor of Business (Communication) degree from the Queensland University of Technology and received the Dean's Award for Academic Excellence.
