   Prior to establishing DCP Holdings and AdMomentum, David was the General Manager; Sales & Marketing of Cable Multimedia Services of Hong Kong CABLE Television Limited and responsible for marketing Cable Modem Broadband Multimedia Services in Hong Kong through numerous innovative promotional strategies. The company was ranked to be one of the top five Internet Services Providers within 3 months.
   
   Previously, David served as the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing of Hong Kong Star Internet Limited. He had led many pioneering Internet projects, such as constructing the first Chinese Portal in Asia Pacific.
   
   David holds MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong. He has joined the IT industry for over 10 years with profound experience in sales and marketing management and has deep marketing experience in China. David was the pioneer of Internet advertising, he has developed the earliest Industry standards for online advertising since 1995. With David's sound business background together with his extensive experience in IT industry, he is invited to sit on the advisory committee of Software Industry Information Centre funded by the Industry and Technology Development Council of Hong Kong to advise the development direction of the local software industry.
