Robert K. Tener, P.E., Ph.D., DBIA Robert K. Tener, P.E., Ph.D., was installed as Executive Director of the Charles Pankow Foundation in March, 2005. Dr. Tener is a nationally recognized leader and educator in construction and engineering.
