Robin Temples

Robin Temples is the Director of the Counseling Center and we presently have four additional counselors and two interns on staff.

Robin Temples, MA, LMFT, LMFT-S, LPESDirector of LBCC, Robin is also receiving clients for therapy.She holds a Masters degree in School Psychology from USC.She also graduated from Columbia Biblical Seminary at Columbia International University (C.I.U.) with a Masters in Counseling.She is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and is a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.She is also a licensed supervisor.Robin has fifteen years experience as a school psychologist, working with children of all ages and consulting with teachers and parents in behavior management.She has taught graduate level courses to educators about working with families and has been a licensed counselor for over ten years.Robin is married and has three sons, two step daughters and five grandchildren.She is a member of Lexington Baptist Church.Her particular areas of expertise are family therapy, marital and pre-marital therapy, parenting, divorce issues, stepfamilies, spiritual issues, and women's concerns.She especially enjoys working with people seeking deeper intimacy with God and with others..
