  John is a Senior Program Officer with CHF International, a US-based non-governmental organization working to catalyze positive change in more than 30 countries around the globe.He works in CHF's Office if Strategic Initiatives and Analysis, where he focuses on designing and advising programming focusing on conflict management and promoting stability.He is a former Fulbright Fellow in Ghana and has published in multiple journals and newspapers, including the Journal of Peace building and Development, African Affairs and Review of African Political Economy.His field experience spans more than a dozen countries, most of them in Africa, including Liberia, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Sudan.He is also an adjunct professor at Webster University, where he teaches graduate courses on Africa and on humanitarian affairs.He holds an MA in International Relations and International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in from Swarthmore College.

  Jon Temin is a graduate of the African Studies and Conflict Management programs at The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C.He joined the ACJ Board of Directors in March of 2002.Prior to enrolling at SAIS he was a Fulbright Fellow in Ghana, where he conducted research into the role of the media in Ghana's 2000 elections in conjunction with the Ghana Centre for Democratic Development.He is a graduate of Swarthmore College in Swarthmore, PA, where he majored in Political Science and Economics.
