Please join us in congratulating Amamuel Tekleab who defended his dissertation entitled, "The Role of Realistic Job Previews and Organizational Socialization on Newcomers' Psychological Contract Development", July 1, 2003.Dr. Tekleab receives his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Maryland.He has accepted a position as assistant professor at Clarkson University beginning this fall.
