This is not about moving goal posts after the game has started.The real estate racketeers knew the rules, they took their chances and, unless and until the Queensland Government finally blows the whistle, they will laugh in luxury while taxpayers foot the bills for their crimes.

Aside from having to deal with so many victims, Teitzel has had to witness the betrayal of victims by the State Government.The Minister for Fair Trading, Merri Rose, whom Teitzel described as the Minister for Unfair Trading, introduced retrospective legislation late last year to prevent scam victims receiving compensation via the Property Tribunal.
