Emerson George Taylor-Lewis is the Director of Country Operations West Region of the African Development Bank.Since joining the AfDB in 1987, he has worked with the Agricultural Division of the Country Operations Department North Region of the AfDB.Previously, he served with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations where he worked extensively on projects in different African countries, with a focus on Mozambique and Zambia.
