Ross began his banking career with Chase Manhattan Bank as a Credit and Marketing Officer.After specialising in the Nordic Area and setting up and running a bank in Finland he then went on to work for other banks and finance houses.

He has been involved in analysing risks and structuring deals in many different industrial sectors in both developed and developing economies.His training assignments have taken him to East and Western Europe, the Middle East and South America.
