Following a path similar to Josh's, Ross started out at HM+C as an intern in the summer of 2006. . . and once he earned his $25,000 piece of paper from Ball State, we decided he was worth keeping.And for some reason, he wanted to stick around, too.While on the exterior he may resemble a pretty boy, don't let him fool you - he's an outdoors kind of guy.From soccer, to biking, to hunting, Ross feels most at "home" while enjoying the great outdoors.Also, he is currently ranked a Level 15 Team Sniper in Halo II on Xbox Live.If you don't understand what that means, it pretty much says he's a badass.
