TalbotVice President of OperationsMr. Talbot joined Young America in January 2000 as Vice President of Operations, following several years with MANA Corporation as President of their Bella Vista Spring Water division.Mr. Talbot had full responsibility for the launch of a new bottled water product including sales and marketing and manufacturing and distribution.Prior experience includes plant management positions with Perrier Group of America and Frito-Lay.Mr. Talbot has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.Operations experience : 16 years.
