Nicole and Alyssa are joining the Association Services Group (ASG) at CMA and are helping to manage CMA's largest association client, Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity.

Alyssa Swingle , Alyssa is responsible for day-to-day management of Alpha Omega.Alyssa provides strong staffing, strategy and tactical support to her client on a daily basis, generating positive relationships that ultimately lead to association growth.Alyssa effectively provides support in a number of areas, from Board of Director relations and membership recruitment to meeting and event planning.Alyssa brings five years of association management experience to CMA.Previously, she worked as an international organizer for the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSME).There, she successfully developed plans for over 2000 workers to form their own organization, develop a successful union and implement political elections.

Alyssa earned her Bachelors degree in Sociology from State University of New York at New Paltz.She also completed several courses in organization training and public speaking. "I am confident that the Alpha Omega team will be significantly strengthened by Alyssa and Nicole's efforts," said Jeffrey Barnhart, President and CEO.
