Martin Swim

Martin Swim, (Co-founder) Director of Development Engineering, has 20 years experience in developing telecommunications and data networking systems and managing engineering organizations.Most recently, he spent 13 years with Integrated Network Corporation's Network Access Division, serving as the Director of Hardware Engineering.Martin managed a group of twelve engineers responsible for all aspects of hardware design and management including circuit board, ASIC and firmware designs.Prior to that, Martin was with AT&T Bell Laboratories where he helped develop some of their most widely deployed and successful loop carrier systems including SLCÒ5.Martin holds three U.S. Patents in the field of telecommunications.
