When Bob Swift moved his office a couple of years ago, staying on the East Side was an important factor. No one at work was commuting very far â€" and Swift, an East Side resident and president of TCI Financial Planning Inc., wanted to keep it that way. Swift said his current office at 1853 N. Kolb Road is only a mile or so from its former rental space. "That was definitely a factor in staying on the East Side.It was important not to add a commute," he said.
