  Myra Swick has been a partner in the CPA firm of Walton, Joplin, Langer & Co. since 1982.Her responsibilities include management of audit, review, accounting and tax services for closely-held businesses and non-profit organizations.Her previous experience includes eight years with a local CPA firm, one year as controller of a paper products distributor and five years with an international CPA firm.
  
  Myra received her Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from Loyola University, Chicago.She is a member of the Beta Iota Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi and an Illinois Certified Public Accountant.
  
  Myra served as the first female president of the Illinois CPA Society in 1995-96 and recently completed her sixth year of service on the ICPAS Board of Directors.She is also a member of the Governing Council of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.She is a past national president of the American Women's Society of CPAs, a founder of the Chicago Society of Women CPAs and a past president of the Chicago Chapter of the American Society of Women Accountants.
