Laurie joined the staff of NCHM in 2006 and instructs the Certified Occupancy and Specialist (COS) program.Laurie also works as Compliance Auditor for ConAm Management where she is responsible for the affordable communities located in the Northern Californian Regions portfolio of 57 Communities.She works directly with the Director of Operations & Compliance, Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Portfolio Managers, Regional Office Staff and Community Directors, with regard to affordable program compliance, policies and procedures, on-site staff training, and operating standards.Laurie resides in Fresno, CA.
