   Debbie Swenson has been involved in the fitness field for the past 17 years and is a member of the professional organization IDEA. She is CPR licensed and ACE , I FTA , ISCA certified and , a graduate of Thomas the Promise Box Aerobics. Keeping fit is an important part of her life. She is also a third grade teacher at Newfield School in Stamford.
