A Miami native, 52-year-old Robert Mervin Sweeting has been a reporter with WJXT Channel 4 since 1985, co-anchoring Eyewitness News Live at 5:30 and 11 p.m. every weeknight. With a bachelor of arts in communications from Florida Atlantic University, Sweeting has been in broadcasting for 30 years - 19 of those years right here in Jacksonville. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Children's Home Society and is a former board member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Northeast Florida. Exercise has always been an important part of Sweeting's life. He shares how he fits it into his busy schedule. -
