Audrey W. Sweeten is an associate at the company's Branford office.Sweeten, former board "REALTOR of the Year" in 1995 and Connecticut "CRS of the Year" in 1997, previously worked at H. Pearce Co. in the 1980s, serving as an office manager, among other positions.
Sweeten is well known throughout the greater New Haven community, and holds CRS, CRB, GRI and LTG real estate designations in real.In addition, Sweeten holds several National Association of REALTORS (NAR) offices.She is past governor and president of the state chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS (WCR).She served as the regional vice president of the WCR, positions she also held in 1994 and 1997.Sweeten is also a current regional vice president of CRS Regional 1 for 2000-2001.As a member of CRS, Sweeten served in 1996 and 1999 as its state president.
She was chairman of the National Speakers Bureau subcommittee, and is also a member of the National RS Council membership and designations committees.
Sweeten was also chairman of "The Chapter with a Heart" programs for the state CRS, which raised more than $14,000 for the Make A Wish Foundation of Connecticut.
Among her awards, Sweeten received the NAR's Omega Tau Rho award for distinguished service.Before rejoining H. Pearce Co., she had been recognized as an industry leader and 100% Club Member by RE/Max International from 1990-1997.Sweeten said, "The H.
