QualTalk.com is a software company specializing in online qualitative tools, primarily the "bulletin board" methodology. This training seminar was developed in response to many requests QualTalk.com had for training dedicated to the craft of conducting bulletin boards.Their software enables market research firms to offer online qualitative in addition to their traditional offerings. The founders of QualTalk.com come from the market research industry-one was a moderator and facility owner, the other a client-side researcher, so they drove the software design based on market research needs.
