Carolyn has worked in the University of Birmingham Departments of Medieval and Modern History for nine years.Since September 2001 she has been John Bourne's right hand woman in his role as Director of Undergraduate Studies.She was invited to join the Centre as Secretary so that she can continue to keep him in order.Carolyn is a mine of information, usually trivial, owing to her membership of a couple of pub quiz teams.She is also a dedicated fan of Birmingham City Football Club.Carolyn has also become a bit of a globetrotter and jets off to various far flung destinations with her mom.
